Vladimir Vysotsky was born in Moscow (25. 01. 1938). After school he entered the Institute of engineers builders, but less than in a year Vladimir changed his mind and moved to the Theatre School. Since 1960 he started his work in several theatres. The same time Vysotsky debuted in movie and started to compose his wonderful songs. In 1964 the actor was taken to the Taganka theatre, where worked all his life. Mostly he is famous thanks to his songs.

They are translated almost in every language. Many popular actors tried to sing them after his death but nobody had such inner energy and passionate voice, which sounded as the hurt heart if it could talk.  The first plate with songs to the movie appeared in 1968. V. Vysotsky has written more than 600 songs, he had over 20 roles in theatre and 30 movie roles. Every his concert in any part of the huge Soviet Union had great success. People recorded tapes with his songs because it was rather difficult to find them in shops. The destiny of Vysotsky's roles in movie wasn't so lucky. Some of the films, where he took part, came to people only in 19-20 years. He died in 1980 after the heart attack.
