Pizza's recipes
|
 |
|
One of
my favorite dishes is pizza. It's possible to wake me up at
night and ask if I'd like to have a slice of pizza and be sure
to hear Yes in answer. There are a lot of pizza recipes, perhaps
as many as people who make it. Here are just few examples and I
hope you would like them. Do you know something better? It's
quite possible, so send your variant to share the pleasure with
others. |

My pizza
|
|
1 1/2 cups
flour; 1/2 cup hot water -- about 100 degrees; 2 teaspoons
yeast --dry; 3 tablespoons olive oil. |
|
In a mixing bowl add
the flour and salt. In a separate container add the hot water and
mix in the yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of olive
oil. Let yeast mixture set for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the yeast
mixture to the flour and salt. Mix with a fork until dough forms a
ball. Turn the dough out on a floured surface and kneed for about
5 minutes. Place the dough in a bowl that has been brushed with
olive oil. Brush the dough with olive oil. Cover with plastic
wrap. Allow the dough to rise for about an hour or until about
double in size. When dough has doubled place on a sheet of baking
paper (parchment) and roll out to desired thickness. Place the
rolled out crust on the baking pan and add sauce, any toppings,
parmesan, and mozzerella cheese. Bake in 450 degree oven with rack
in a low position until crust is browned.
