Pumpkin fried in dough
|

pumpkin
600-700 g, eggs 2, flour 1 glass, milk 2/3 of glass,
butter 50 g, salt, oil 1 glass |

Clean the pumpkin, slice
it, and slightly fry in butter. Prepare semi-liquid dough: in a
deep bowl add flour, mix with milk, and egg-yolks stirred with
salt. Beat the egg whites and add carefully to the dough. With a
fork or a stick pick a slice of the pumpkin, soak it in the
dough, and then put in the bowl with boiling oil. Take fried
slices out, let the ol drip, and serve.

Tykva(pumpkin) with eggs

salt. Add mixed eggs and bake in the oven. |

soft, add sliced potatoes, and mix everything
thoroughly. Add salt, greens, and bake in the
oven until done. |

Salad with pumpkin and
honey

, honey 3-4 table spoons |
|
Cut raw pumpkin in
small cubes, mix with honey, and leave aside for 35-40 minutes.
Apples without cores, and turnip or swede cut in small cubes,
add to the pumpkin, and mix well. |

Pumpkin pancakes
|

1kg
of pumpkin, 1 litre of milk, 15g of yeast, 3 eggs, 100g of flour, 1 table
spoon of butter, 200g of sugar, salt.

Cook pumpkin and make purée with
warm milk. Add dilluted yeast, eggs and flour.
Stirr well and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Add melted butter, sugar, salt, and mix well
again. Let the dough rise again. Fry on a pan
like regular pancakes. |

Kissel of pumpkin and
apples

Apples
- 4-5, pumpkin - 600 g, sugar - 1 glass,
lemon acid - on the tip of a knife, water
- 6 glasses, starch - 2 table spoons.
Takes 20 minutes. |
